Biography

Jason is Head of RSM’s special situations group and brings over 16 years of specialist corporate finance experience.

He has significant experience of:

• carve-outs and disposals;
• accelerated M&A;
• alternative refinancing;
• providing corporate finance support to administrators and liquidators;
• acting as monitoring trustee on merger control investigations;
• acting as lead advisor to undertake antitrust driven disposals; and
• acting as Takeover Panel supervisor, including on transactions with national security concerns.
