About Georgie Bole

Georgie is a partner in the corporate tax team with over 15 years’ experience advising clients on a wide range of tax matters. She manages a diverse portfolio of corporate clients and works closely with clients and tax specialists across industries and jurisdictions to deliver a responsive, proactive approach to tax compliance. Her work includes transactions, group structuring, overseas expansion and wider advisory needs. She also works closely with acquisitive clients with structuring considerations and potential new acquisitions.

In addition to her client-facing work, Georgie is the national tax lead for the media and technology industry and is actively involved in the private equity portfolio group.

Georgie joined RSM in 2006 as an audit graduate and after completing her ACA, she undertook a secondment into corporate tax with an official move across in 2010. She then went on to complete her CTA in 2011.

Outside of work, Georgie enjoys spending time with her family. With three daughters, she is often found on the side-lines of a pitch, cheering them on. When time allows, she also loves lacing up her running shoes and heading out into the countryside.
