Biography
Gary is a corporate tax partner in the London office and has over 15 years experience of advising on tax matters. His experience spans across both owner managed business and listed entities and covers a broad spectrum of sectors. He has particular experience in advising groups on acquisitions, re-organisations and disposals.
Gary also has extensive international tax experience including advising on both inbound and outbound investment into and out of the UK. Gary is also a regular speaker at industry conferences.
