Euan is a senior audit partner based in our London office with over 30 years’ experience of dealing with large owner managed and listed businesses.
Euan has particular experience in dealing with listed companies, including premium; standard; AIM and ISDX he understands the detailed reporting requirements such companies have adhere to and the particular challenges they face. He ensures that the impact of the ever changing world of International standards are communicated to his clients on a timely basis ensuring they understand the likely impact they may have on the financial outcome and reporting of the business
Euan’s listed expertise also means he has numerous global clients both with head offices in the UK and other international cities such as New York and Paris. He is used to group reporting requirements and ensuring good communication is delivered throughout the process minimising delays and cross border inefficiencies.
Euan has a broad breadth of expertise with particular sector experience in hotels and real estate where he looks after a number of listed and larger owner managed businesses.
