About Craig Morrow
Craig Morrow is a Tax Director in RSM’s London office. He advises businesses, typically international groups, on tax structuring matters, with a particular focus on legal entity rationalisation and group simplification.
Craig helps clients simplify complex legal structures, rationalise intercompany balances and align their corporate structure with their commercial, operational and governance objectives.
Working closely with colleagues across accounting, legal and restructuring advisory, as well as RSM’s international network, he delivers practical and tax-efficient end-to-end solutions, helping clients reduce complexity, manage risk and save both time and cost.
Craig joined RSM as a graduate, training and qualifying with the firm. He is a member of both the ICAEW and CIOT, with a master’s degree in Clinical Sciences.
He is also a member of RSM’s global business and international tax structuring group.
“What motivates me most is helping clients identify and unwind complexity within their group. I enjoy the challenge of bringing together tax technical expertise, practical implementation and input from colleagues across RSM’s international network to deliver joined-up solutions. The most rewarding part of my role is seeing a complex project move from initial conversations to successful implementation, knowing that it has helped create a clearer, more efficient structure that better supports the way a client’s business operates.”
Craig cherishes time with his wife, friends and family. He is an avid Liverpool fan and enjoys playing golf in his spare time. He previously played football regularly, before reluctantly retiring after realising he had become the elder statesman of the team.
