About Charlotte Ward

As an operations and office/compliance manager, Charlotte Ward takes sole responsibility for the creditor solutions office, ISO certifications and audits. She is also instrumental in onboarding new clients, assisting with tenders, and acts as an internal HR representative across all teams.

Charlotte has more than 15 years of experience running various practices and staff in different industries, such as medical and construction.

Asked about why she is passionate about her job, Charlotte says:

'I enjoy working within the CS business and love so much that we invest not only in our products and solutions, but our people too!'

Away from the office, Charlotte is a new mum to a vivacious toddler who definitely runs the roost. She also enjoys a karaoke session when given the opportunity.
