About Ari Senders

Ari Senders leads RSM UK’s consulting’s forensic technology practice. With over 20 years’ experience working within law firms and consulting, he has advised legal professionals, investigators and other business units on the strategic application of technology and analysis of unstructured data. He has worked across a range of industries including automotive, aerospace, legal, telecom and technology, with a focus on advising and assisting financial services clients.

Ari helps clients navigate the eDiscovery process, from the inception of litigation or regulatory enquiry with the identification, preservation and collection of potentially responsive data through to managing the analysis of data by advising on search strategy and application of AI via technology assisted review. Ari helps his clients with the negotiation and implementation of technical disclosure specifications with opposing parties and regulators.

Ari is a passionate technologist and thrives on solving complex problems with the unique application of technology solutions. He is a strong believer in the power of de-mystifying complicated concepts to make his clients feel more comfortable, understanding how technology will help them to achieve their goals.

Before joining RSM, Ari previously held director roles at Epiq and at KPMG, where he helped to lead delivery teams in client services, unstructured data analytics and forensic technology.

‘I like to think of myself as an interpreter, bridging the classic gap between legal or investigative teams and IT professionals. I thrive on those moments when everyone at the table understands what’s going on, and how we can get to the right outcome when all of the pieces come together. The solutions we provide can be as unique as the challenges our clients face.’

Outside of work Ari loves to travel and absorb as much culture (and local food) as he can. Ari has been to some fairly exotic and rare places, discovering things he never knew existed in the process.
