About Andrew Parker

Andrew Parker is a Transactions Tax Director based in our London office. He predominantly provides due diligence, structuring and other transaction related advice to a wide range of clients, including private equity firms, real estate funds and other institutional investors.

Prior to joining RSM, Andrew worked for over 20 years at a Big Four firm, where he gained a wealth of experience leading UK and international teams on transactions for institutional investors and corporate clients. He also advised portfolio companies on a range of corporate tax issues.

When asked what he enjoyed about his role, Andrew said: “I enjoy the variety my role at RSM brings, and in particular helping clients as they undertake sometimes complex and stressful corporate transactions.”

Away from work, Andrew is an armchair sports fan, especially the NFL, and is a keen (but very amateur) tennis player.
