About Alex Corck-Adelman

Alex Corck-Adelman is a Director in the business transformation team within consulting at RSM. He supports clients with designing and implementing new operating models, delivering complex programmes, and enabling organisations to work more efficiently.

Alex’s focus is on helping to drive the continued growth of our finance transformation offering, as well as the continued expansion of our work across the public sector. This includes working across all of consulting at RSM to bring the right people together to win and deliver quality work, and to provide the best outcome for clients.

Alex joined RSM from PA Consulting, where he helped organisations strengthen their finance and commercial functions and deliver major transformation programmes across the public sector. Alex worked on a number of critical Government Programmes at PA, including the Ventilator Challenge Programme for the Cabinet Office, the Covid-19 Vaccine Deployment Programme for DHSC and the New NHS England Programme, shaping the new operating model for 25,000 FTE.

Alex began his consulting career at KPMG, and before that he worked as a maths teacher and with several education-based charities.

In addition to completing CIMA to Management level, Alex has professional qualifications in process improvement (Lean Green Belt), programme management (Prince2®), Agile transformation (Leading SAFe® ) and is a Better Business Cases™ practitioner.

Alex lives in Greenwich and spends the majority of his time outside of work chasing his toddler around the various parks, running (slowly), or eating at one of the establishments along the river.
