RSM UK strengthens deal services team with key partner hires

Leading audit, tax and consulting firm RSM UK has appointed two new partners, Terence Amako and Michael Buckley, to strengthen and bolster its deal services team as part of its growing consulting business. 

Terence has over 20 years’ experience in corporate finance advisory and joins from Centrus where he was head of M&A. He specialises in advising corporates and private capital in the infrastructure and transport industries across the UK and Europe. Terence has a strong focus on energy transition, helping firms undertake strategic deals to meet their decarbonisation targets and match private capital to the right opportunity in this high growth market.

With 19 years’ professional experience, Michael joins RSM after nearly 10 years at Deloitte, where he joined as assistant director and progressed to partner. He is an expert in financial due diligence, advising technology industry focused private equity investors and their portfolio companies across Europe and North America. Michael also has significant cross-border experience having undertaken overseas strategic secondments during his career in Dubai, Chicago and San Francisco.
