Leading audit, tax and consulting firm RSM UK has appointed Jon Cowen as partner in its business transformation team, specialising in data and AI transformation.

Jon has over 15 years’ experience in roles across the Big Four, boutique consultancy firms and in-house, including risk and controls analytics lead at Barclays and financial services analytics lead at Accenture Digital. He has led teams across the UK and internationally, with expertise in building scalable data platforms and delivering practical AI use cases across the financial services, life sciences, manufacturing, retail, sport and media industries.

At RSM, Jon’s role will focus on helping clients convert their data and AI investments into measurable business outcomes aligned to their business goals, such as improving customer insight, cutting cost or fuelling growth ambitions. His expertise, which spans advising clients on strategy and building effective data solutions, will help to strengthen the firm’s business transformation services and capabilities, providing clients with innovative data and AI-driven solutions to their business needs.
