RSM UK appoints new tax partner to bolster its corporate offering

Leading audit, tax and consulting firm RSM UK has appointed Mike Cooper as a partner in its corporate tax team, to strengthen its capabilities as a go-to advisor on complex multinational projects for global clients.

Mike was most recently a partner with PwC, where he gained over 25 years of experience, including ten years as a partner. His expertise spans international corporate tax structuring, leading and delivering on complex cross-border projects and driving forward robust, long-term solutions in M&A, financing, intellectual property and business model transformation.

He has worked with numerous FTSE 100 and upper FTSE 250 listed companies across industries, with established experience in managing international teams across multiple territories and implementing specialist support to address clients’ global tax needs.

In his new role at RSM, Mike will continue to focus on the listed market, working alongside colleagues in audit, tax and consulting to bring the full breadth of RSM’s offering to clients.
