Based in Prudhoe, Quantum Controls is a leading UK supplier of variable speed drives (VSDs), motors and related maintenance and hire services. With nationwide premises and the largest VSD maintenance centre in the UK, Quantum Controls has consolidated its position at the forefront of the VSD sector through exclusive partnerships with several major VSD and motor manufacturers.

Q Electrical, from its base in Pencaitland, delivers electrical contracting services to a range of sectors across the UK and alongside Quantum.

Our solution

We acted as lead advisors, taking the client on the journey from deal preparation through to signing. We prepared sales documentation, identified suitable buyers, led negotiations and project managed the entire sale through to completion, with our service delivery and outcomes exceeding the client's expectations.
