Tendeka – completion solutions

RSM’s M&A and private equity team has advised on the sale of Tendeka B.V., a leading provider of innovative technology, products and services to the oil and gas industry, to TAQA (industrialisation and energy services company).

The client

Established in 2009, Tendeka has grown to become one of the leading providers of technology for reservoir optimisation, completion systems and related services to the upstream oil and gas industry.

With $1.2bn revenue, TAQA provides products and services to the energy industry focused on achieving performance and sustainability, through an integrated suite of capabilities across drilling, completions and production services.

What did RSM do

RSM’s role was to support Abbotsford Capital, the investment adviser to the shareholders of Tendeka B.V., on key negotiations around the completion mechanism, providing commercial advice and support in relation to net debt and working capital.

The RSM team was led by Connor Agnew supported by Tom Sheerin and Dylan Spry.
