What did RSM do
RSM’s role was to support Abbotsford Capital, the investment adviser to the shareholders of Tendeka B.V., on key negotiations around the completion mechanism, providing commercial advice and support in relation to net debt and working capital.
The RSM team was led by Connor Agnew supported by Tom Sheerin and Dylan Spry.
‘Connor and his team at RSM provided invaluable support in the final stages of the negotiations with the buyer.’
