The acquisition by Keyloop, a global automotive dealership management system provider, enhances the breadth of their product offering and demonstrates their commitment to improving the car buying experience for both customers and dealers. enquiryMAX was Keyloop’s first acquisition since being acquired by Francisco Partners, a technology focussed private equity house, in a $1.45bn transaction.
