How long have you been at RSM and when were you made partner?
I joined RSM in 2008 as a business development manager in the London office. I've been at the firm now for eight years and was promoted a few years ago to lead the London team and then subsequently to take over the role of Chief Marketing Officer a year ago.
Tell us about some recent highlights
The highlight of the last year or two has definitely been the global rebrand - being part of the team that put that rebrand together and delivered it here in the UK.
What is the most rewarding part of your job?
The most rewarding part of my job is definitely seeing the successes of people in the team. When they're doing well, when they're being recognised for the successes that they're achieving that rewards me the most.
What are you looking forward to this year?
Really delivering on our digital-first strategy. We're rolling out some impressive new digital tools, a new CRM system, and I'm really looking forward to pulling all that together and having that coherent way forward with that digital view.
