As a graduate at RSM, you won't be making the coffee or watching from the sidelines. You'll work on real client projects from the start, learn from experienced colleagues and study towards a qualification that sets you up for life. You'll join a supportive cohort and build a career on your own terms.
What you'll do
You'll join our annual intake in September, working in either audit, tax, consulting, or in one of our digital roles. You'll earn while you learn, with personalised training and study support built in. Before you even start, we'll invite you to events, in person and online, so you arrive already knowing people.
Earn while you learn
Every day is different. You'll work on live projects across a range of industries, supported by senior colleagues and national training sessions. The qualification you study towards depends on your role, and we fund it fully. By the end, you'll be the expert your clients rely on.
Audit is about checking that an organisation's financial information is accurate and can be trusted, which keeps the whole economy honest. You'll work alongside experts to assess risk and analyse performance, while studying towards a chartered accountancy qualification.
Tax is about people, not just numbers. You'll help individuals and businesses understand their goals and make sure tax never gets in the way of reaching them. It's a fast-moving field that keeps you and your clients ahead.
Consulting is about solving the problems that keep business leaders up at night, whether that's a major change, a financial challenge or a risk they haven't planned for. You'll turn data into insight, work as one team and shape a career that's genuinely your own.
Digital at RSM isn't one thing, it's data analytics, software development, AI, automation, cloud technology and more. From day one, you'll work on real projects alongside experienced colleagues, not just learning how things are done, but actively contributing to how they're done better.
