RSM UK appoints specialist financial reporting partner to strengthen its consulting team

Leading audit, tax and consulting firm RSM UK has appointed Sarah Waddington as a financial reporting partner to strengthen its consulting team.

Sarah has over 25 years’ experience in financial reporting. She joins from Deloitte where she built and led the corporate accounting advisory team and held a similar role at KPMG. She is an expert at supporting clients through disruptive events such as acquisitions, restructurings, corporate simplifications and cash extractions, providing technical and strategic guidance, whilst delivering tailored solutions. 

With an in-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Practice (GAAP) in the UK and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Sarah works closely with companies that report under these guidelines, including listed and privately owned businesses and PE-backed groups.
