A two-time Ryder Cup captain, and six-time Ryder Cup team member, Davis Love III is one of the most respected players in golf today.
Davis has amassed 21 PGA tournament victories, including 1997 PGA Championship and twice winning the Players Championship (1992 and 2003), and still participates at the highest standard, including a hole-in-one on Sunday at The Masters, 2016. Davis was inducted into the World Golf Hall of Fame in 2017.
Beyond golf, Davis is also recipient of the USGA’s International Book Award in 1997 for ‘Every Shot I Take’ in which his honours his late father’s lessons and teachings on golf and life. In 2005, Davis and his wife Robin founded the Davis Love Foundation which contributes to the well-being and progress of society by supporting both national and community based programs that focus on children and their families. The David Love Foundation serves as host for the PGA Tour’s RSM Classic while Davis is the tournament chairman.
