At RSM, we want everyone to have the opportunity to pursue a career with us based on merit, not background. To help achieve this, we take an active role in supporting initiatives that aim to help young people from disadvantaged backgrounds to reach their potential. Through the Leadership in Sport & Business programme we offer work experience to young people from underprivileged areas, and offer further training and employment to those who shine.
RSM has been a partner of Leadership in Sports & Business since 2013. As our relationship grows we hope to take on individuals in multiple locations across our business in order to extend our impact.
