Q: Is there a minimum number of claims?

A: No. We can handle anything from one to several thousand claims.

Q: Can I try the service out first?
A: If we don't succeed in reclaiming a dividend, you don't owe us any fees. That makes it easy to try Dividend Watch. You are very welcome to start by lodging one or two claims.

Q: What about my current provider?
A: If you are already using another service provider to manage insolvency services, we can ensure a trouble-free handover process. In some cases, for example with a major UK bank, we operate an 'alpha' split. Here we handle an agreed proportion of insolvency cases. This makes it easy for our client to compare performance.

Q: What are the costs?
A: There is no charge for unsuccessful claims. If you do receive a dividend, we’ll charge an agreed percentage.

Q: Do you offer help with all types of insolvency?
A: Yes. We manage both personal and corporate insolvency claims, including bankruptcies and Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs). If we have started working on one type of insolvency and it becomes something else (e.g. an IVA that becomes a bankruptcy) then we automatically pursue the new claim on your behalf.

Q: How do I know what progress has been made?
A: In addition to the monthly performance reports you’ll receive, the online Dividend Watch system can provide you with real-time updates on many aspects of your claims. Bespoke reports are also possible, depending on your requirements.

Q: How are dividends paid?
A: At your discretion. We can route payments through our trust account or send you a cheque with our invoice.

Q: Do I have to use the online service?
A: Some clients prefer to use paperwork, which is absolutely fine with us. If you want to eliminate all administration, we can even arrange to handle data input on your behalf.

Q: How do I resolve any questions or problems?
A: You'll always have access to your own account manager who will be pleased to help you with any issues.

Q: Does this affect how I use the proxy voting form?
A: No. You can retain the proxy vote and use it at your discretion. It will not affect any arrangements you may already have in place.
