Biography
Zoë Rudling is an audit partner, board member and client services lead. She is also an active member of RSM's National Manufacturing group. She is joint champion of the southern region’s Diversity and Inclusion group and is a leader of the Empower women’s network.
Zoë provides audit and business advisory services to owner-managed businesses, private equity backed businesses, large private groups and International groups. In her 18 years with the firm, she has built up experience in a range of sectors including manufacturing, retail, recruitment, property and logistics.
Her specialism is providing advice to owner managed and PE backed businesses, particularly at times of growth or change.
Zoë runs a successful Directors' Forum from RSM’s Gatwick office as well as manufacturing focused events including tours of local interesting businesses in the sector.
In 2020 Zoë was invited to join the Board of RSM to represent the interests of the recently recruited and promoted partners. She says:
“I see my role as much less about spreadsheets and much more about people. I love walking around the shop floor, gaining first-hand experience of how a business operates and getting to know those involved – their aspirations and goals as well as their business opportunities and challenges. I then combine this knowledge with my diverse sector experience to help them overcome obstacles and thrive.”
Outside of work Zoë’s family and dogs keep her busy. She enjoys an early morning workout when she’s feeling motivated, and she always likes to have a holiday in the diary to look forward to.
