He has a track record of successfully delivering evidence based improvement, cost savings and performance recovery on large complex contractual arrangements. He combines the ability to identify strategic objectives for change, with the skills necessary to develop and implement tactical plans and drive them through to completion.

Walter has worked at board level with some of the world’s leading multinational companies, across a number of industries, as well as UK central government departments and local authorities. He has worked with both suppliers and customers on a broad range of complex contractual arrangements, including large capital projects, outsourcing agreements and strategic partnerships.

Walter has expertise in helping clients at all phases of the contract life cycle, both pre and post award, from business case assessment, through post award transition, contract deployment, and contract management; to contract close and exit. This includes experience in complex negotiations at contract renewal and during the operation and exit of the contract. He has played a pivotal role in leading commercial and contract transformation and change programs to deliver efficiency, control and cost improvement.
