Biography
Tanya integrates high quality leadership coaching with 30+ years cross-sector business experience; and expertise in project, programme and portfolio management; sponsorship capability development; governance; strategic planning; establishing new functions; and business improvement. Tanya blends the coaching and consulting, working with leaders to deliver business outcomes and make a step-change in the way they lead - unlocking opportunities, unblocking issues, cutting through ambiguity, uncertainty and complexity.
Tanya is also a qualified P3M3 assessor and delivers sponsorship maturity reviews. She leads development of cross-sector sponsorship community. Tanya is a fellow of the Association for Project Management (APM) and her engagement with APM spans over 15 years, as a member of various SIG committees (ProgM, Benefits Management and Portfolio Management).
