Steve has extensive experience of creating and managing effective programme management offices (PMOs) for transport and infrastructure clients. He is currently the lead consultant on a complex international programme to deliver regulatory compliance for a major multi-national client. Steve is accountable for planning and coordination of activities and resources across ten countries using a multi-national and multi-disciplined delivery team.

Steve has been supporting a large multi-million assignment within nuclear decommissioning. He has successfully introduced and managed the pilot of benefits realisation software within large delivery programmes, and has a particularly strong focus on tools and systems to support project and programme delivery.

Steve is part of the authoring team of Association of Project Management’s ‘Governance of Co-owned Projects’ publication.
