Stephen Fuller

Biography

Stephen is a tax partner based in London, leading the financial services tax team for RSM UK. The team covers all aspects of tax that are relevant for financial services clients. He is also part of RSM's global financial services tax leadership team.

During Stephen’s 25+ year career, he has worked with major banks, asset managers and insurers. He specialises in advising multi-national clients, working with them on their UK and global tax needs.

Stephen joined RSM from Mazars where he was a partner leading the financial services tax team in the UK and part of the global financial services tax leadership team. He started his career with Arthur Andersen before moving to EY, although in-between he spent two years with one of RSM’s legacy firms and it was that alumni connection which brought Stephen to his current role.   

His multi-disciplinary teams deliver tax advisory and assurance services to a broad spectrum of clients, most of whom have operations overseas. As a result, he has worked on projects in various jurisdictions, including spending two years on secondment in Australia. He has also spent a significant amount of time in the US with clients. 

He is a Chartered Tax Adviser and a member of the Institute of Directors.

Stephen is lucky to be married to an amazing wife and the proud father of a fantastic teenage son. He is a keen cyclist and triathlete, especially challenging alpine routes, and he also enjoys driving. He is a trustee of the neurodiversity charity - Neurodiversity in Business.
