Biography
Simon joined RSM in 2009 and was responsible for overseeing the consolidation of the payroll services and migration onto one software platform, InPay. Simon is CIPP qualified and has been in the payroll industry for over 25 years. In his current position of Associate Director, Simon has taken on the technical role to ensure all of the payroll execs receive the latest training and support. He also ensures that the team is kept up to date with all of the legislative changes.
Simon has considerable experience of new client transitions and the management of the pivotal transitional periods. He is also well versed in all aspects of payroll compliance, which includes assisting clients to review their internal payroll and procurement processes.
Simon previously worked for Jardine Lloyd Thompson, managing and looking after large Blue chip clients and was responsible for migrations and reconciliations for up to 40,000 individuals.
