About Shawn Parry

Shawn Parry is an Associate Director specialising in business transformation, with a particular focus on central and local government reform.

Prior to relocating to the UK in 2021, Shawn worked extensively with local authorities in Canada to advance land use planning and housing priorities, gaining deep experience in navigating complex, multi-tiered public sector systems. He has also led major policy and regulatory reforms, designed and delivered funding programmes, and driven large-scale transformation initiatives across the built environment.

I am an avid traveller with a keen interest in architecture, and local history. I enjoy exploring new places with my partner, learning how culture, landscapes, and design influence communities.
