About Sharon Broughton

Sharon Broughton leads a team of experienced HR professionals who deliver outsourced, fractional and project-based support to clients across a range of sectors. She focuses on delivering high-impact HR solutions that balance client needs with commercial viability.

She plays a key role in developing new service offerings and driving business growth through innovation and collaboration, while building and nurturing high-performing teams that deliver exceptional service.

With over 20 years’ experience in HR and 10 years at strategic leadership level, Sharon brings deep expertise in employment law, organisational design, change management and cultural transformation. Her career spans commercial and complex environments, where she has helped businesses navigate periods of growth, challenge and transformation.

When asked what drives her, Sharon says:  “Helping organisations cut through complexity with clarity is what drives me. My approach is practical, commercial and rooted in legal rigour.”

Outside of work, Sharon loves spending time with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys taking on climbing and bouldering challenges and coaching her girls as they develop their skills. Most weekends, she can also be found cheering them on from the football sidelines.
