About Sarah Belsham

Sarah leads our technology and data team, helping organisations drive value from their data assets and their investments in technology. She has over 25 years’ experience in delivering technology consulting and digital transformation programmes and specialises in supporting organisations with the implementation of ERP and Data & Analytics solutions.

Sarah works across a broad range of industries, helping finance, operational, data, and IT teams to leverage existing technology as well as identify opportunities for new solutions to drive efficiencies and improve productivity. She is passionate about data, supporting organisations to embed good data practices and to gain insight from their data that can be used to drive business outcomes. Sarah offers pragmatic solutions for evolving your data and technology landscape that can be implemented in line with core business objectives.

Prior to joining RSM in 2019 Sarah managed numerous complex ERP implementation programmes across several industries including pharmaceuticals, consumer products, and industrials and for three years held a senior line role in industry as Director of Global Commercial Analytics at Baxter Healthcare.

Outside of work I love travelling and am always planning the next adventure with my family. I’m happiest spending time outdoors, be that gardening, walking, playing or watching sport.
