About Salik Chaturbhai
Salik Chaturbhai leads our Financial Modelling services for Private Equity, delivering bespoke tools that support smarter decision-making across the full investment lifecycle, from PE-backed transactions and portfolio companies to fund-level modelling.
Salik specialises in model development, including integrated three-statement, appraisal, and cash flow models tailored for mergers and acquisitions, debt financing, buy-and-build strategies, carve-outs and value creation. He also leads fund-level modelling, supporting private equity clients with fund cash flows, investor reporting, portfolio performance analysis and GP-led transactions.
In addition, Salik serves as our Private Equity sector analyst, producing insight-driven analysis of market data to identify emerging trends and key issues shaping the PE landscape. By working closely with PE leaders and senior industry analysts, Salik helps inform strategic thinking and highlight considerations critical to decision-makers.
Salik Chaturbhai is a CFA Charter holder. Previously, he worked in investment banking, leading financial modelling, valuation, and transaction structuring for M&A, IPOs, and equity placements.

Salik is passionate about food, enjoys experimenting in the kitchen and exploring London’s diverse culinary scene, and spends his weekends keeping up with his two young children.
