About Rob Hart

Rob Hart is a Consulting Director within RSM’s Restructuring Advisory practice, Rob specialises in advising financially stressed and distressed clients and their stakeholders, helping them to navigate what are often time-critical and high-pressured situations with clear, pragmatic and actionable advice.

Rob works collaboratively with colleagues across the Audit, Consulting and Tax spectrum, to deliver the best possible solutions for our clients.

His experience spans the breadth of Restructuring solutions; from short diagnostic reviews, through to options assessments, contingency planning engagements, accelerated transactions, and the full spectrum of formal insolvency procedures.

Rob is ACCA and JIEB-qualified and with over 15 years’ experience in the industry, has developed his expertise working across a wide range of sectors, identifying and implementing innovative solutions for all manner of stakeholders and clients; from small, owner-managed businesses to complex multinational corporations.

Rob's young family are incredibly important to him and where his time and energy are focused outside work. His 'me-time' includes golfing with friends, fishing and watching all manner of sports.
