Biography
Richard is a Partner within the accounts, insight and advisory team of RSM based in Leeds. He has over 15 years' experience working with healthcare clients, with expertise in general medical partnership businesses, their contracts, taxation and NHS superannuation issues. RSM are renowned nationally in the healthcare sector and has a dedicated team of professionals in Leeds who are expert in the field and a significant portfolio of healthcare work.
Prior to this, Richard worked as a general practitioner undertaking audit and small business advisory. He trained in the ‘Big 4’ and qualified as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in 1994.
When asked why he loves his job, Richard says:
“Its great working in healthcare, medics are wonderful clients and I feel privileged to help them sleep a little easier at night knowing their finances are in good hands.”
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and the dog as well as playing some tennis.
