Biography
Rich is an associate director in our consulting practice, based in Leeds.
He is passionate about advising clients on strategic project programme and portfolio solutions focused on technology enable change within organisations.
Rich has spent 15 years working across the UK, US, Europe, Asia and Africa to deliver assurance of IT and operational change initiatives.
His primary focus is in the financial services sector. He continues to work with large UK financial services organisations to support project change delivery and maximise output and benefits quality.
His qualifications include MSP Practitioner (Managing Successful Programmes), Prince2 Practitioner, Scaled Agile Framework Agilist (SA) Practitioner and Agile Certified Practitioner.
When asked what he is passionate about, Rich says:
‘’Every client is different, and the challenges they face have different impacts on their transformation. Working through these challenges with a client and finding a path forward that genuinely helps is the most rewarding part of my role’’.
Outside of work, Rich can be found watching any sport, mastering his skills for the eventual Great British Bake Off. He also spends time with his family and dogs.
