Biography

Phillip is a member of RSM's Restructuring Advisory service line, based in Southampton and London. He has specialised in corporate restructuring since 1980 and has experience across a number of sectors, including retail, property and construction, financial services, insurance, manufacturing, commodities and international trade, engineering and agriculture.

As well as projects in Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Phillip has also worked on a number of international projects in countries including the USA, Cayman, Europe, Thailand and Indonesia. As a senior restructuring professional, he is also frequently retained as an expert witness in litigation.

Phillip’s roles and achievements:

• 2015-2016: President of R3 (The Association of Business Recovery Professionals)
• 2021-2022: Served as High Sheriff of Hampshire
