Biography
Philippa is a director in our accounting, insight and advisory team. She is the people lead for London and the south accounting, insight and advisory team. Philippa works with fast growing and established SMEs and mid-market businesses, with a focus on the professional services and recruitment sectors.
Philippa is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years’ experience. Her career started as an auditor before she moved into industry, as the financial controller of a London law firm, which provides her with a commercially focussed insight into her clients’ issues.
‘I enjoy being a trusted adviser to businesses, and really understanding their goals and challenges to support them throughout their business life cycle.’
Philippa is a proud mum of two little boys. When she’s not running around after them, she loves to spend time with friends and family, eating, going to the theatre or seeing new places.

- 2010: qualified as Chartered Accountant
- 2019: returned to RSM UK as associate director in the accounting and business advisory team
- 2021: promoted to director in the accounting and business advisory team
