About Peter Dennis
Peter is a Consulting Director in RSM UK’s NetSuite practice, based in Crewe. He works with ambitious, growing businesses to understand whether their current finance and operational systems are still fit for purpose, and helps them identify the right ERP strategy for their next stage of growth.
Peter’s focus is on making NetSuite relevant to the challenges clients and RSM teams see every day, including slow month-end close, heavy spreadsheet reliance, complex multi-entity structures, international expansion, e-commerce growth, acquisitions and poor management reporting.
He helps clients move from system frustration to clearer insight, stronger control and scalable ways of working.
Peter has extensive experience across ERP sales, business transformation, account management and NetSuite advisory. He works closely with RSM colleagues across consulting, audit, tax, corporate finance, deal services, private equity and outsourcing to identify when clients may benefit from a wider systems conversation. His experience includes helping clients assess ERP options, shape business cases, manage growth triggers and understand where NetSuite fits within the wider ERP marketplace. Peter is particularly focused on outcome-led conversations, ensuring that clients see RSM as an ERP advisor first and a product implementer second.

I enjoy helping those businesses understand what is possible and giving them the confidence to take the next step.
I am also passionate about building awareness of the NetSuite practice across RSM, so colleagues know when to involve us and clients get the right support at the right time."
Outside of work, Peter enjoys spending time with family and keeping active.
