About Patrick Norris

Patrick is an Accounting and Business Advisory Partner based in the Glasgow office, as well as working closely with outsourcing clients in our Grangemouth office. Heading up the Irish desk for RSM UK, he works closely with the RSM International network with a focus on UK firms establishing a presence in Ireland. In normal times this work takes Patrick back to his native Dublin on a regular basis.

Patrick has over 25 years of experience acting as a trusted advisor and building close working relationships with clients, with a particular focus on owner-managed companies at every stage of the business lifecycle.

When asked what motivates him, Patrick says:

“I enjoy educating companies on best practice, helping them understand what it means for their business, and supporting implementation in a practical way. Seeing those businesses grow and expand — often internationally — and knowing RSM’s advice has contributed to that success is the part I enjoy most.”

Patrick is also a keen and competitive social golfer, playing off a handicap of +1. He aims to play at least five new courses every year, although the challenge is that Scotland has far more golf courses than Munros.
