Biography
Patrick leads our tax due diligence team in the North.
Alongside our corporate finance team and RSM International, Patrick’s team is responsible for a significant proportion of RSM’s transactions, supporting international tax structuring and due diligence.
Alongside transaction work, Patrick supports private equity backed (ranging from entrepreneurial fast-growing businesses going international to established businesses worth in excess of £300m), together with large international groups including privately owned, listed overseas and FTSE 250 groups.

When he’s not running after his two young children (which is most of the time), Patrick’s interests are influenced by his family and upbringing. He enjoys sport (he is the youngest of three brothers and has a pretty tough sporting education!), music (he often states his Dad would have been a jazz pianist if his Mum had let him), literature (his grandmother was a writer) and art (his grandfather was an artist).
