Biography
Neil is a technology consulting partner, with a particular focus on helping businesses to successfully implement cloud ERP and CRM solutions through optimizing business processes, redesigning operating models, and applying a structured approach to managing change.
His experience includes the full project lifecycle (business case, selection, design, and implementation) for cloud ERP and CRM solutions.
Neil also leads RSM’s ERP business change team - a group of technology and change management experts who help clients to successfully implement change.
He is experienced in a wide range of sectors, with a current focus on TMT, professional services, and high growth businesses.
Neil has over 16 years’ experience of performance improvement, technology implementation and business leadership gained both within consultancy and in senior operational roles.
He holds an Executive MBA from Manchester Business School, and is a Managing Successful Programmes Practitioner.
Neil was previously with Ernst & Young and BAE SYSTEMS.
