Biography

Mohi provides business transformation support to clients who are looking to change how they operate. For over 25 years he has been helping private equity, mid-market businesses and corporate clients to address their challenges of growth, international expansion, cost pressures, disruption, and achieving M&A success.

Mohi works with his clients to co-create and build new ways of working, enhancing organisation and governance and technology to support new or changing business models. He supports organisations in building consensus around the need for action and simplifying complex situations into manageable pieces. He does this vg making change programmes practical and digestible and delivering them in a pragmatic way that enables teams to achieve sustainable outcomes.

His sector experience includes but is not limited to life sciences, consumer and industrial manufacturing. Prior to joining RSM, Mohi was a partner at PA, EY and PwC, where he built and led sector focused business transformation consulting teams. At EY & PwC, he was instrumental in building cross line of service offerings, bringing together business consulting, tax, legal and risk into one integrated client solution.

“I’ve always been fascinated about how organisations change, and in both the designing ‘architect’ and practical ‘builder’ roles that I can play to help my clients adapt and evolve in a ever-changing world. That’s underpinned by a deep interest in the role that technology, and innovation can play in addressing fundamental societal challenges, for example in democratising health by developing and launching new, sustainable solutions”.

Outside of work, Mohi and his wife have two boys and a dog, who take up most of their free time and seem to be perpetually hungry (both the boys and the dog!). They spend a lot of time in France where they have bought an old farm. Mohi wanted a vineyard, but his wife persuaded him that they should rewild it. They have been building their own small nature reserve for the last decade, which now has amazing plant and wildlife.
