About Miranda Sharp

Miranda heads up RSM’s National Tax Technical team. She and her team support the RSM tax practice with practical technical expertise; translating complex developments in tax policy into clear, practical insights.

Miranda’s perspective is grounded in extensive client experience. She has spent much of her career working with private equity and their portfolio companies. She has a special interest in the corporate interest restriction rules.

In the early part of her career, Miranda spent five years in Toronto, working with Canadian private equity funds.
