About Megan Riley

Megan is a Partner in our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)practice. Megan joined RSM in 2018 to grow and lead our Workday Adaptive Planning offering. In that time, she and her team have delivered over 200 projects.

Megan provides value for her clients across the planning cycle by automating budgeting, forecasting, consolidation and reporting processes unique to each organisation. Megan is driven to help clients create processes that deliver timely, digestible, and actionable data to decision-makers. She has designed and rolled out a robust support framework for clients post go-live, which currently supports over 100 clients.

Prior to joining RSM, Megan has 15 years of accounting and finance experience, including a decade at a fast-paced high growth global organisation, the operations of which were governed by a matrix of regulatory bodies (US government, foreign governments, IRS, US GAAP). Additionally, Megan served as the vice president of finance at a non-governmental organisation (NGO) where she led a transformation of the finance function through implementation of a new ERP, paperless expense reporting and an FP&A tool (Adaptive). Through experiencing the value created by simplifying processes and improved reporting, Megan is well positioned to understand clients’ perspectives and needs.

Megan’s time is split equally between the US and UK.
