Matt Goldstraw helps clients unlock value from technology by improving operational visibility, efficiency, and control, with a particular focus on solutions that integrate with finance systems.

As part of the Business Transformation team, he has built a strong network of leading technology partners, enabling him to bring proven, market leading solutions to clients. These partnerships span areas such as data management, systems integration, and AI governance, as well as core working capital processes including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and treasury.

Matt works closely with clients to deliver practical, outcome driven solutions that support growth, insights, and informed decision making.

Matt built his early career across a range of industries before moving into finance roles, where he qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant and developed a strong commercial and operational grounding. This cross sector experience provided exposure to diverse business models, enhancing his ability to deliver practical insight and drive performance improvement. Throughout his career, Matt has leveraged technology to strengthen finance functions, with hands on experience in system selection, implementation, and optimisation. This combination of industry breadth and technical understanding enables him to bridge finance and systems, helping organisations modernise processes, improve insight, and support better decision making.

When he is not spending time with his family, Matt enjoys playing, or watching sports, squash and football are particular passions.
