Martin’s expertise includes all forms of tax-advantaged arrangements (including EMI, CSOP, SIP, SAYE), growth shares and employee ownership trusts (EOT).
Before joining RSM Martin specialised in reward taxation for over 20 years, working in the reward teams of a Big 4 accountancy firm and a top 10 firm.
His experience covers management shares for every size and type of client - from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.

Outside of work, Martin can be found wandering Dartmoor or Exmoor accompanied by his inquisitive vizsla and his slightly less enthusiastic teenage children.
