Mark is a procurement and supply chain leader within our consulting business. With over 26 years of experience in operations and supply chain consulting, Mark is a seasoned management consultant with a passion for sustainable supply chains. Mark has deep functional expertise across strategic growth, value creation, cost reduction, and maximising the value of operations.

Mark is an expert in advising businesses in the manufacturing sector, including automotive, aerospace and defence. Previous clients include global automotive and engine manufacturers, a UK subsidiary of an aerospace and defence organisation, and several multinational automotive suppliers.

“Supply chain is the beating heart of many organisations. It is important to remember that there are many things influencing its success, in an ever-changing world, whether this is sustainability or the changing technological environment. Knowing what to change and when involves ‘architecting’ the design and ‘implementing’ it in a way that organisations can accept and embed the change. At the same time, the future of supply chain management must prioritise cost efficiency, customer focus, and social responsibility. Therefore, a delicate balance is required.”

Outside of work, Mark is married and has four children (two grown-up twin boys and two younger girls), a dog, a cat and two ducks. A busy husband and dad, Mark’s spare time is almost all consumed but he enjoys playing golf and travelling to far-flung places.
