Malcolm is director of the online management accounting and pay and bill service lines, part of RSM UK’s outsourcing technology solutions division.

The pay and bill service is an outsourced service for recruitment agencies. The service is powered by InTime, our own timesheet, pay and bill software. You are responsible for ensuring timesheets are input and approved on InTime and we take care of paying your contractors and invoicing your clients,
Malcolm has been with the firm for over 25 years and has held roles in assurance and accounting and business advisory teams before transferring to the outsourcing technology solutions division in 2005.
