About Liz McLeish

Liz McLeish works within a team that supports clients through complex financial reporting challenges, whether that’s through technical accounting advice or navigating new and evolving standards.

She enjoys helping others find clarity in financial reporting and is particularly interested in how our accounting environment is adapting to reflect climate-related risks and sustainability considerations in business.

Before joining RSM earlier this year, Liz originally qualified as a Chartered Accountant with EY in 2013. She went on to work in the central finance team at the RAC and, for the past seven years, has specialised in delivering Chartered Accountancy exam training with BPP to students across the top 10 accounting firms.

“I am passionate about the work I do, but even more so about how I do it. I hope that by showing up with honesty I can be a positive role model, especially for younger women in the profession.”

Outside of work, Liz is “Mum” to three boys, which means she’s usually either covered in mud or building Lego.
