Laura is a CTA-qualified tax adviser in our share plans and reward team. Based in Leeds, she has over a decade of experience supporting clients across a wide range of sectors. Laura has a particular focus on employee ownership. She has guided a diverse portfolio of clients through the move to Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) structures, helping them understand the complex tax, legal and practical considerations involved.
She regularly speaks at conferences, including events run by the Employee Ownership Association, where she shares her expertise with fellow professionals and business leaders. Alongside her employee ownership work, Laura designs and implements key employee incentive arrangements for owner-managed and private equity-backed businesses. This includes tax, valuation and legal advice for share plans such as Enterprise Management Incentive (EMI) options, Company Share Option Plan (CSOP) options and growth share schemes.
Laura joined RSM as a graduate in 2014 and undertook professional qualifications to become a Chartered Tax Adviser in 2018.

Outside of work, Laura can often be found cycling up mountains or jetting off to explore new destinations.
