About Kerry Haworth
Kerry Haworth is Sales Director within RSM’s Pay and People division, leading business development and growth across payroll and HR advisory services. Kerry specialises in building and leading high-performing teams, shaping go-to-market strategies, and supporting clients in navigating complex workforce challenges. Her role combines strategic leadership with hands-on client engagement, helping organisations unlock the full potential of their people through streamlined payroll and HR solutions.
Kerry has over 20 years’ experience in sales leadership across professional services and outsourcing. Before joining RSM, she held senior roles in business development within the payroll and HR industry, consistently driving revenue growth and leading successful teams. She is known for her expertise in client engagement, sales strategy and delivering measurable results across diverse industries including financial services, technology and professional services. With her background, Kerry has a strong understanding of complex client needs, which helps inform our Pay and People solutions so they align with both strategic goals and operational realities.
